The vines average around 40 years old on sand over limestone, cropped at about 45 hl ha and farmed organically as part of Arnaud Lambert's 40 plus hectares in Saumur. Fermentation and aging happen in stainless steel and concrete vat, with no oak at all, so the fruit and the limestone come through
